Addressing all current issues in one fall sweep 2k for the win!Issue: Gamesurge is fucking evil. Resolution: WebSite Chat - Has amazing backend, user permissions, kicks + bans, its ajax powered, doesn't use up our bandwith, can handle multiple rooms, works via any web browser (perfect for noobs), will boost website usage, and its freaking free! ALL oooRGLE Staff are required to keep it open all the time. IRC is hereby just a placeholder of our greatness and hard work put into it. With Website chat we have total control, no more losers from gamesurge jumping in our chat and saying stupid stuff, from here on out it will just be our oooRGLE bretheren!
Issue: People don't feel the love in oooRGLE anymore. Resolution: Daily Steam Community Events of just playing together and hanging out utilizing our ventrilo server to meet up. I'm bringing back a whole lot of awesome people from the past that are funny and awesome to hang out with: Gonja, Master, Orange, and Lawson. This will also boost morale and comradery. Give it a shot start chilling with us playing games and whatnot. Just chatting is not good, we need to chill and have fun, thats why oooRGLE was made in the first place. ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO COME CHILL WITH US THIS IS NOT AN EXCLUSIVE STAFF ONLY THING. Hell chill with us long enough and you might just join oooRGLE's staff.
Issue: People think its messed up I don't share any donations/xp sales/admin sales with anyone Resolution: Show me the money inititive - People who actually contribute a lot will be rewarded with a % of monthly donations/sales. Every week I will re-evaluate everyone and add people who are seriously contributing to a system in which they will get a % of everything. The Link explains the details. I'll also be rewarding anyone who gets a Donation, XP sale, or Admin Sale with 50% of whatever it was. Over the next week I'll be implimenting a new shopping cart system with a refferal system to tackle the job and keep logs. Currently I have decided Spyder and Sapper are the first 2 to be part of the paid staff initiative both netting 5% of monthly profits for helping out a lot. Feel like you should be on that list? PROVE IT. I expect weekly status reports and logs of everything you did for oooRGLE in that week if you want to be considered.
Issue: PinkGator annoying the hell out of our members. Resolution: Partnership Dissolved, replaced by the awesome people at GaloreRadio (they have a huge selection too).
Issue: Lack of respect between oooRGLE Staff. Resolution: Dissolvation of DIR/MGR system. Now you all just report to me. All staff are as of today hereby S (Staff). Over the next few weeks we will vote on a co-leader for the community to take charge while I am gone. All staff is hereby expected to help out with the website content and pretty much everything. Specific roles will still be assigned, however, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Kefka has been apointed Chief Financial Officer , Sapper has been appointed interim Chief Operations Officer.
